笨mummy signed up for this account during OCBC's CNY promotion. Although some may say that the interest rate is not that high, and only average out to be 1.18% pa which is so much lower than their 360 account as well as other banks deposits offer such as the 1.88% pa promotion from POSB.
笨mummy has already max out her 360 account limit of $50k and give the structure of the Bonus +, 笨mummy does not need to park in a big lump sum to enjoy that benefit but able to accumulate 10k in 3 months to park that into the account to enjoy 2.35% (笨mummy does not have a lot of cash at hand and would slowly accumulate in her DASH easy saving account every month) and the effective interest rate is definitely higher than the average of 1.18%pa.
There is also no lock in period, the most is to wait for the end of a quarter to take out the money if you have desperate need for money to enjoy the higher interest.
