Update for Sep 16

Time flies. It is now end of Sep 16 and one more quarter to go before the end of 2016. This month is relatively good with dividends coming in from Ascendas REIT (due to advance distribution) and HPH Trust of a total of S$ 672.54, increasing the total dividend to-date this year to S$ 9,160.43: 

- Ascendas REIT - S$ 648.04
- HPH Trust -S$ 24.53

With "dividend harvesting” period - Oct and Nov coming soon, which would be seeing a number of stocks announcing results and dividends (the main bulk is mainly from Suntec REIT, Ascendas India)as well as preference shares /bonds issuing payout (i.e. Genting Pref Share, Hyflux Pref Share,  DBS Pref Share and FCL Treasury Bond) and the hope of hitting S$10K dividend mark seems highly probable. 加油！

Update for Aug 16

This August yielded a total dividend of S$2.4K, which is the highest dividend amount that 笨 mummy received in a month since she started on her stock journey. And the total dividend amount for 2016 to-date has exceeded that of year 2014 and S$490 away from year 2015.

Another 4 months to go for 2016 and maybe the possibility of hitting the S$10,000 dividend mark is really something quite achievable.
