Bought a total of S$100 voucher

* used Frank credit card to pay and get the 6% online spending rebate for month of Sept 14.

One thing about the Watson voucher is that it can be use on top of existing promotion. As Watson always has member sales and discounted sales, it may not be smart to get voucher that cannot be used with existing promotion.

Insinc point update

笨mummy is happy with the recent update of the de-congested timing for the insinc reward wef 1 Aug 2014. Now the de-congested trip would start from 6.15am instead of 6.30am.

笨mummy's normally travel to work by the MRT and would need to be tap in by 6.15am latest at Tiong Bahru MRT to catch her company bus at pick up place next to Woodlands MRT at 7.00am. This morning trip would not entitled to the de-congested bonus based on the old timing of 6.30am.

Now, with the change, her trip can be counted as de-congested trip and entitled to bonus point depending on her status. All she has to do now is to slowly work her way up to the level to earn that that extra S$3.24 per month.

Although the amount is very little, it is still some money earn to subsidize the even increasing MRT/bus fares.  Cheers!!

Dividend for month of Jul:
Jul is another quiet month with limited cashflow from dividends:
Capitalmall bond 3.8% - 94.22

Really looking forward to August where most of mummy’s shares are paying out dividends.

Actions taken for month of Jun:
·         Sold 1 lot of Singpost share
The share price has went up due to the news about Alibaba Group’s plan to invest S$312.5M to purchase share of Singpost and take a 10.35% stake in Singpost.
On hindsight, mummy regretted selling the share as the price went even high to 1.75+ at end of Jun 14.
·         Did a sell/buy with SATS. Sold 5 lots of SATS on 2 Jun at a price S$3.18 and bought back at S$3.11 on 10 Jun.
Although planned to hold my shares in SATS till ex-div to get the S$400 dividend, but the run in price to S$3.18 on 2 Jun was a deal breaker. The sales  would result in a profit more than S$400 (average share purchase price is S$3.08). So why not take the chance to sell it and hold cash for other investments that may come knocking instead of waiting for the ex-div date.
Itchy hand to buy back at 3.11 on 10 Jun. Hope this is a wise move.
·         mummy purchased 5 lots of Neratel
